How to Become Involved

Is it relevant for my business or me?

The Add Sound to Your City project reaches out and touches so many aspects of life, whilst celebrating regional identity and supporting local enterprise. From engaging schoolchildren via education channels and relevant creativity, to providing regionally bespoke marketing tools enhancing awareness and sales promotion. It’s a bit like visiting a travel agent in the old days: exciting, full of new opportunities, bucket loads of adventure potential and the goal to creating positive cultural experiences.

How to become involved as:

Sponsor: Sponsorship opportunities are wide ranging and categorised according to demographic reach requirements, community aspirations and exposure needs. The Add Sound to Your City project has sponsorship levels ranging from local associations right up to national brands with international reach. Each sponsorship opportunity is handled individually, the overriding objective being to create bespoke solutions benefitting all concerned.

Musician: Add Sound to Your City is ALL about music and with the regional nature of the overall concept, it is a prime directive to engage as many relevant genres of music, promoting fusion between them. From traditional, cultural, classical and jazz to current trends and high energy dj mixing, the Netherlands has become a renowned advocate and trend setter of most musical genres on the international stage. With the evolutionary nature of the ongoing programme, a progressive approach towards sound pertinence forms an essential backbone to the overriding notion of the project.

Artist: Culture is integral to Add Sound to Your City and Art plays a role in conjunction with music, performance and interpretation. The inclusion of visual arts therefore,  plays an intrinsic role, extending beyond performance and into potential inclusion in marketing communications and event theming.

Educator: Youth engagement is very much a main objective of the Add Sound to Your City programme, and therefore the link with education and educators is far from tenuous. As the programme is an evolutionary and ongoing project, the aim is to establish relationships with educators on all levels, so as to ensure that formal youth engagement programmes remain relevant and are maximised. All levels of education from school projects to internship programmes for students to formal or informal extramural activities.

Community activist: Although Add Sound to Your City is by nature apolitical, the project does provide a platform to communicate issues which may be very relevant for certain cities or regions. Therefore, and to also stay in tune with anthropological developments reflected through music and art, all reasonable issues and topics will be considered, with Add Sound to Your City retaining the right to determine relevance and how appropriate each application is.
